Hi everyone!!
We have had two weeks of isolating and so stuck in a bit đŸ˜¦ so this was my challenge, my flower box! My husband made me a wooden box a while back to display some flowers in, I painted it pink with some Cuprinol wood paint in the colour sweet pea that I spotted on a trip to B&Q!
It looked great but needed something else at the front, so I made some flowers with my templates from Christine Leech at sew yeah. The golden leaves I cut freehand with some gold glitter felt! It was really fun to make!
It can be really hard at the moment with Covid19 and isolating, but we have to try and make the best of it don’t we, and for me a little craft project is the perfect way to fix my mind on the good rather than the bad! As always it’s not about perfection but JOY, if it brings you joy then its perfect, because we could all do with a bit of joy right now!

This flower box will be sitting on my fireplace hopefully bringing lots of joy!
